We Are All Recycled Stardust

I watched a very short video today about our earth and the universe. Nothing on it was news to me except the fact that the distance from the highest point on the highest mountain to the lowest depths of the oceans, is only 11 miles. I am not sure if I'm disappointed or thrilled by this new piece of information...
