Gyana Mudra

I learned today that one hand pose I naturally did while saying the OM mantra was in fact a very important mudra that is known to energize the nervous system while bringing peace, calm, and spiritual awareness. Gyana Mudra is achieved by joining the tips of the index fingers with the tips of the thumbs, and while this mudra invites meditation, practicing this posture for 5 to 20 minutes for 15 days, can increase memory, intellectual power, calming your anger, and give relief from headaches and migraines.
