Circuit Playground

Founded by a female MIT engineer, Adafruit is an electronics company with a variety of products for everyday use, and educational programs for teaching electronics. Their YouTube webseries called Circuit Playground is designed to teach the very young kids the basics of electronics by keeping their very short attention span in episodes that are only a few minutes long. They even have plush component toys to go with the webseries. I bet even adults can expand their knowledge on electronics by watching these videos.
