Melanism

Today I learned that melanism is the opposite of albinism. It is the development of dark-colored pigments in the skin and appendages. So just like albino animals there are melanic animals.

    So interesting! I didn't know... so given a choice which would you choose... albinoism or melanism. Wow, both are beautiful.
