Today I took advantage of the Free Museum Day and visited one of the lesser know smaller museums in Los Angles. FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising) Museum is located in Downtown L.A. with a constantly changing exhibition of costumes from movies and TV shows, as well as real clothing from different periods in the past. Among the exhibited costumes were samples from House of Cards (one of my favorites), Game of Thrones, Behind the Candelabra, and Downtown Abbey. The other collection was women's evening clothing from 1920s by designers like Coco Chanel, and accessories.
